New Returns Performance Dashboard
In Amazons continual development of the seller fulfilled returns process, they are launching a new dashboard that will help track and manage seller fulfilled returns performance. From October 21st 2021, the new feature will help you monitor your returns performance and proactively address return-related issues.

The new feature will focus on three vital returns performance metrics:

Each performance metric will consist of the following:

Additionally,  a new Returns Analysis page will be added. This is a tool to help you identify and take action on any product listings that experience return issues. This page will help you identify the top return issue for each of your product listings so you can take action to improve the return experience.

Change to customer returns requirements for international seller-fulfilled orders

From the 5th October, if you fulfil customer orders sold on Amazon.co.uk from outside the UK, we request that you offer either Returnless Refund or provide a Domestic return option for items and orders under £20 (including VAT and shipping charges) as part of our Selling on Amazon Returns policy.

If you do not provide Amazon with a default return address in the UK for items and orders under £20, Amazon will automatically issue the customer a refund on your behalf where return requests fall within the scope of the Amazon Return policy, without requiring the customer to return the item to you (Returnless Refund).

The above policy will also apply to Amazon.de, Amazon.fr, Amazon.it, and Amazon.es, for all items and orders under €25 (including VAT and shipping charges).
