We are Different
Transparency is at our core
Where most digital agencies charge a monthly fee or a commission on sales, Ecommerce Intelligence is different; Our transparent clocked approach means our customers know that every minute of our time can be cross-checked against the return on investment our clients are making.
How it All Began
The birth of Ecommerce Intelligence
After being fired for speaking out against a digital agency that focused on profit over value, Chris Turton vowed to never work with or for an agency again that maximised its own gains while dishonestly clawing money from its clients’ pockets. The industry was rife with these types of businesses.
In 2019, Chris started a business supporting brands on Amazon, which clocked and detailed its workload to its clients and spent several years refining its model to give real value to its clients and provide long-term support with all areas of Amazon.
Working full-time and starting a business was an extremely tough endeavour. He used his local Starbucks as an office after finishing work until he was kicked out at night when the chairs got stacked up on the tables.
Company Values
An ethos that's shaped the industry
Chris’s original vision remains the same today; we provide honest and transparent work and advice in everything we do while providing the very best in knowledge and skill to provide a high-value return on investment for all our ecommerce clients.
Since our humble beginnings, we have now worked with over 225 Amazon sellers and vendors across 10 different countries and locations.
We work on some of the most complex brand and intellectual property issues for our clients as well as producing industry-leading content, imagery, video and guidance to produce an excellent customer experience with excellent feedback and a plethora of case studies and testimonials.
